Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Snakes & Ladders 3D World account and the data linked to it. The game is published by IotaRise Private Limited.
Delete from inside the game
- Open the game and sign in with the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
- Open Settings from the home screen.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the game installed, email contact@iotarise.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm your identity by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account identity: email address, Google / Apple account link, name, profile picture, display name and avatar
- Your profile statistics and the link between you and your match history
- Login sessions on all devices
What is kept
- Match records remain as anonymous seats (no name, no account) for up to 24 months for fair-play review.
- Server logs containing your IP address expire within 30 days; backups roll off within 14 days.
Offline players
If you never signed in, your settings exist only on your device. Uninstalling the game removes them.
